Welcome to One Rhythm, a South London dance academy created to inspire, develop, and empower dancers of all ages and abilities. We offer professional training in Hip-Hop, Commercial, Stage Performance, Freestyle, Street Dance, and more — all within a welcoming and supportive environment.
At One Rhythm, our mission goes beyond teaching dance. We strive to create a space where children and adults can have fun, build confidence, express themselves creatively, and develop valuable skills through high-quality, industry-standard training. We understand that every individual’s journey is unique, which is why we value our students’ time, energy, ideas, and personal growth as much as their technical development.
Founded by Lorenzo Pryce
Founded by Lorenzo Pryce, One Rhythm is built on over a decade of professional industry experience. Lorenzo continues to work within the commercial dance industry, collaborating with artists including Clean Bandit, TYLA, Stormzy, Sabrina Carpenter, and many others.
Throughout his career as a dancer, choreographer, and movement director, he has gained invaluable knowledge and experience that now forms the foundation of One Rhythm’s teaching philosophy. Whether you’re taking your very first class, looking for a creative outlet, or pursuing a future career in dance, our goal is to help you grow, discover your own rhythm, and reach your full potential.
